What We Do

Culture Principles (5)

Each organization is unique – comprised of individuals with a multitude of perspectives and a diversity of lived experiences. With honesty, compassion and candor, Culture Principles will guide and challenge individual leaders, teams and organizations to question systems, bring inequities to light, dismantle what’s not working, and reconstruct frameworks to center racial equity. Mapping Equity™, guides the multi-stage process of assessing, unearthing, amending, navigating, and elevating leaders and teams in and through the transformation of not only their racial equity plans and practices, but their overall workplace culture.

Your organization has started its REDI journey and may have engaged in some training, but you aren’t sure what to do next. Culture Principles will support group and individual development to strengthen cultural competencies. Some tools we use: Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), CQ (Culture Intelligence 360 or Cultural Values), Unconscious Bias training.

You’ve been chosen to lead the DEI effort for your organization, are eager to dive in, but are not entirely sure what the work entails and what to do – and/or – your senior staff is ready to move forward with developing plans for operationalizing equity, but each would like individual coaching support. We work with individuals to support the advancement of DEI goals and personalobjectives through a co-created process.

So you need a custom-built workshop, webinar or keynote on racial equity, inclusion and belonging? Give us a call. Whether it’s a conference keynote, a webinar for leaders, a facilitated presentation to a board of directors, or a co-facilitated multi-week workshop intensive for centering racial equity in your organization, Danielle Marshall can deliver.
