Gameplay Help and Discussion - Apothecary dropped in Courtyard - Forum - Path of Exile (2024)

The Apothecary card dropped while running a T14 Courtyard right after clicking an Eater of Worlds alter.

Wiki says it wont drop in that map, so just thought I would mention it.

While the apothecary card does drop in crimson temple, you can get it in a variety of ways beyond that specific map drop.

you could also get it from any random diviner's strongbox, stacked decks or in your case the eater alter that give's a small chance to drop a divination cards.

that means all divination cards, not only the one's that can drop from that specific map.

"Divination card rewards", like eldritch altars, heist div card boxes, incubators, etc have a similar loot table to stacked decks.

It would have to be a "natural" drop for this to have significance beyond fattening your wallet. IE, no altars/etc.
