You can get hero points for the Central Tyria and wvw maps although it's usually inefficient as it only grants you one point and are usually not enough to grant full elite spec upgrades. The other way to get hero points is from the open world hero points in the expansion maps that are worth 10 points each; a far more efficient way to get points.

Jul 01, 2018· Up to10%cash back· Thanks for the help. :) PoF is definitely faster, I've managed to get enough Hero Points to unlock everything up to the last tier of traits (so enough to start using it) in 1 evening. The easiest way to get Hero Points in Guild Wars 2 is, by far, participating in HP Trains. These are essentially player-run events where another player will run you through an area of the game and help you unlock all the Hero Points in that area.
Hero points are earned by leveling up and by completing hero challenges found throughout Tyria. Hero points are character currencies used to progress characters through training skills and traits.
You earn 398 points while leveling. It requires 400 points to max out all core skills and traits. So, just getting to level 80 won't do it.
1) No, you can not reset spent points. However, there are vastly more points available than needed to unlock everything. 2) Reaching level 80 (wether by normal XP or boost) gives enough Hero Points to unlock all core skills and traits.
You can respec your Hero points or Skill Points at Izzy's Fizzie's in Brighthoof. This can be done by accessing the quick-change machine and selecting the reset skills option.
Central Tyria: 66 mastery points available. These Central Tyria Mastery Insights were added with the 8th August 2017 patch. The Mastery System was introduced in the Heart of Thorns expansion in 2015.

You can receive a HeroPoints code by purchasing specific HeroMart products that come with HeroPoints.
Testimonies of Desert Heroics are a currency that can be purchased from Skirmish Chests earned prior to the Febuary 28, 2022 game update, the End of Dragons release. Players can convert consumable Testimonies of Desert Heroics into wallet currency by double-clicking on them.
The glider is automatically unlocked upon entering any zone in Cantha for the first time. Typically this is achieved by completing the Old Friends story step. Alternatively Teleport to Friend can be used to enter expansion zones.
It is the only one of the Guild Wars 2 mounts that can fly, but no higher than where it started. So you just need to find somewhere high to start and you are golden. You can unlock this after finishing the Path of Fire storyline.
Guild Wars 2 - WHAT are (Elite) Specializations? HOW do they work?
Users who purchase Heart of Thorns, Path of Fire, or End of Dragons will receive a Level-80 Boost item in a shared inventory slot as soon as they log in to the game. You can also purchase additional Level-80 Boosts in the Gem Store.
Once you reach level 80, you'll have the opportunity to work on your elite specializations. You'll need to obtain quite a few hero points (250 per spec) to complete these specializations or even get them to a usable state.
None whatsoever. The rewards you get from dungeons as a level 80 is more relevant than ones you get at lower levels. Your stats will be scaled down, but you'll gain the benefit of a full set of Skills, Traits, and equipment sets with relevant stats, as compared to the piecemeal stuff you probably had while leveling.
Much like any other role-playing game, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands allows you to respec your character which is something you'll be doing a lot. Take note that you cannot change our primary class. You can only respec your skill points.
You're bound to want to respec in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, as you're liable to pick up a skill or two in your class tree that doesn't jive with your gear. That's when you need to respec. Thankfully, going through respec in Wonderlands is a simple process, but not one you'll have full access to for a long time.
In order to be able to respec your Tiny Tina's Wonderlands character you'll need to play through the campaign until you reach the city of Brighthoof. There you'll find a tavern called Izzy's Fizzies, and inside that is the Change Quick booth, which you can see in the image right at the top of this page.
Mastery Insights is an achievement category for achievements earned by communing with Central Tyria Mastery Insights located in Bloodtide Coast, Dredgehaunt Cliffs, Fireheart Rise, Harathi Hinterlands, Iron Marches, Malchor's Leap, Mount Maelstrom, Sparkfly Fen and Timberline Falls.
