Here we stack up this character with enough mats for crafting 12 recipes to begin and realize it takes one more. This is a common thing and to save cash we usually buy the mats enough to level hoping on some good bonuses. We have found that it works at 12 discoveries, more likely at 13 discoveries and guaranteed at 15 discoveries.
