Pancake Cookie (Korean: 팬케이크맛 쿠키, paenkeikeumat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside his Pet, 
Pancake Frisbee, during the Happy Holidays update. He then received a Magic Candy and Trial during the Dreamy CookieLand update.
He is an energetic child who loves gliding and Acorn Jellies, and is the younger brother of 
Roll Cake Cookie.

- The allusion to Roll Cake Cookie was silently removed from his description during the transition from LINE Cookie Run to Cookie Run: OvenBreak. This was not re-added when Roll Cake Cookie was put into OvenBreak, despite them being plainly stated to be siblings now in the relationship chart.
- His animations for regularly running out of energy and for running out of energy via hitting an obstacle were accidentally reversed in LINE Cookie Run. This was fixed in the transition to OvenBreak.
- Pancake Cookie's response to the 2nd Anniversary Cake was "Cake? Yum!"
- Pancake Cookie's response to the Lucky Pouch 2023 event was "A Lucky Pouch! This is as great as Acorn Jellies!"
- Pancake Cookie had a bug with his Magic Candy where he'd have a permanent magnet upon pressing double Jumping and then tapping Slide in a certain way. This permanent magnet could be stacked as well, resulting in Pancake Cookie having the ability to magnetize the entire map's Jellies. This was fixed shortly after it was noticed.
