About the Re-Volter:
The Re-Volter a Legendary Item in Borderlands 3. This Hyperion Shield will enrage you every time your shield breaks. While you are enraged you will deal an additional 200% shock damage and this applies to your Action Skills, Melee, Grenades, and Weapons.
Shock-Enrage is a very powerful ability that you can constantly trigger when you manage to get one with the ‘On Action Skill Start, Trigger Shield Break/Full effects’ anoint.
Special Weapon Effect:
“Please conduct yourself”
- Always Shock Resistant
- On depleted, become shock-enraged for 15 seconds and deal +200% Bonus Shock damage.
- Can roll with 3 shield components
How to get the Re-Volter?
The Re-Volter is a Director’s Cut exclusive Legendary and has a 30% chance of dropping from Sumo in Eschaton Row on Prometeah this is the boss at the end of the map in one of Ava’s Murder Mystery Missions.
Notes:
Farming this item with a triple roll Absorb shield component has become a community challenge as it is considered “THE GOD ROLL” as it gives you 40% chance to absorb bullets as ammo.
Another part that is desirable is the ‘Shield Booster’ but not needed if you plan to utilize the ‘On Action Skill Start, Trigger Shield Break/Full effects’ anoint.
