Whoever drew #1 selects a gift from the mysterious pile of gifts, opens it, and reveals what it is to everyone. Whoever drew #2 can either select a gift from the pile or choose to steal #1's gift (this is where the dirty in "Dirty Santa" comes in). If #1's gift is stolen, they must choose a new gift.
Everyone who has brought a gift to participate sits in a circle. You start with your gift or any random gift and listen as the story is told. Every time the word “LEFT” is read, you pass the gift to the left. Every time the word “RIGHT” is read, you pass the gift to the right.
The first person opens a wrapped gift, and the turn ends. On subsequent turns, each person has the choice to either unwrap a new present or to steal another's. When a person's gift is stolen, that person can either choose another wrapped gift to open or can steal from another player.
The White Elephant Game Rules
Bring a wrapped, anonymous gift to the shindig. Draw numbers to determine who gets to unwrap a present when. Sit in a circle and place the gifts in the center, preferably under a festive tree. The person who drew #1 selects a gift from the pile, opens it, and holds it up for all to see.
The player that selected the number 1 chooses a gift from the table, but does not open it. The player that selected the number 2 then chooses a gift from the table and opens it. Each succeeding player, in numerical order, selects a gift from the table and decides if they want to "rob their neighbor" of an opened gift.

Everyone gets a turn and on their turn they punch through the tissue paper on ONE cup (unless you've made enough for multiples). They pull out any prizes inside and keep them. If they don't like their prizes and want to switch with someone else who doesn't like their prizes, they can do that.
Have all your party guests sit on the ground in a circle. One person will begin with the ball, while the person to their left has a pan with two dice in it. Once the game begins, the person with the ball puts on oven mitts and tries to unwrap as much as they can, while the person to the left tries to roll doubles.
