In Empires & Puzzles, players who win battles in map stages and quests gain, beside other loot, Experience (or Experience Points, abbreviated XP). After reaching a shown threshold, they will Level Up, being granted gems, a Summon Token, increased Team Cost limit (soon capped at 130), and increased hero capacity as well as refilling all three kinds of Energy.
Experience can also refer to the XP Heroes gain through training or "feeding" until they have reached the ascension's max level; this is detailed in the article Leveling.
