Farms produce food. As you level up your Strongholdyou gain the ability to build more farms, specifically at levels 3, 5, 8, 11, 15, and 20. This means that there is a maximum of 9farms total that one may have running at once. Onceharvested, the food is then stored in a base wide storage which is determined by the quantity and level of your Food Storages.

Farms halt production when their local storage is full. Farms require iron to be upgraded.
