Summary[]
Pyromancer is a medium range class that can control fire. Cover foes in flames, incinerate entire squads and heal your own wounds as enemies fall to your inferno.
Melee Skill: Deal damage and inflict Burn to all enemies within a small radius. The Melee Skill does not require a skill slot nor any Class Points. Sprinting (vs standing) before using the Melee Skill changes to a ground-slam that appears to have a larger area-of-effect but also has a longer cooldown. The base cooldown is 1 second (sprinting Melee Skill 2 seconds); however, each subsequent uses of the Melee Skill increases its cooldown-even in between abilities and weapon fire.
Healing Mechanic: You will recover Health whenever enemies marked by your skills are killed.
Class Traits:
- Receive additional 10% Anomaly Power.
- Skills Mark damaged enemies for 15 seconds. Killing a Marked heals you by 24% of your maximum Health.

The Pyromancer's skills can be modified by Pyromancer Mods available on armors of rare (blue) rarity or higher.
Class Trees[]
The Pyromancer can use Class Points to choose along three different class trees, starting at level 5.
Each tree focuses on a different aspect:
- Ash Breaker: weapon damage and upgrades
- Fire Storm: health and survivability
- Tempest: Anomaly power and skills

- The Pyromancer Hero Tree Node - "Trial of Ashes" - has been reduced 15% extra damage (Previously: 30%)
PAX Trees[]
The Worldslayer expansion introduces two new sub-classes via PAX Trees, available at level 30.
Legendary Class Armor Sets[]
- Acari: Every enemy damaged by Heatwave grants 25% Anomaly Power bonus for 10 seconds.
- Lava Lich: Increase damage of Eruption by 100%and decrease its Cooldown by 30%.
- Reforged: Using Thermal Bomb increases the next damage of Feed the Flames by 200%. Using Feed the Flames increases damage of next Thermal Bomb by 200%.
- Torturer: Triples the range of Volcanic Rounds' damaging aura that surrounds each bullet. Enemies affected by the aura share 50% Anomaly Damage dealt to the target successfully hit with Volcanic Rounds.
Worldslayer Legendary Class Armor Sets[]
- Scorched Zealot: The Pyromancer Melee skill fires a projectile that explodes upon impact, dealing X damage and inflicting Ash to enemies within a 5 meter radius. Damage of the projectile increases by 25% for each enemy hit with Feed the Flames, up to 100%. Bonus is spent on the next Melee skill use.
- Heat Seeker: After successful detonation, Thermal Bomb travels to the target with the lowest health in a 25 meter radius. Thermal Bomb applied this way deals 50% less damage and can chain up to 3 times.
