RedBelly are two bosses in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel that appears in Crisis Scar. Red and Belly are a pair of Scav leaders. Red is a Lil' Scav wearing a full-sized helmet who sits atop Belly to appear as one figure.
Background
The Merrif, being forced by Colonel Zarpedon to surrender to the Lost Legion, agreed to support with a jamming signal that disables Helios's defenses. The override signal is protected by Red and Belly, leaders of their own scav gang.
Belly's critical hit point is his head, while Red's critical hit point are his legs.
Red is the only source for the unique Black Snake submachine gun.
Sometimes, if Red is killed after Belly, Lil' Scavs will continue to spawn in RedBelly's Arena until Crisis Scar is exited.
Red can't be frozen. Belly can, though Red must be separated from him for this to happen.
Trivia
The name and appearance of RedBelly are a reference to the Australian bushranger Ned Kelly.
There is a discussion on an ECHO recording about Belly's missing leg armor and Red's critical hit area, which are a reference to how Ned Kelly was taken down with shots to his hip and thigh.
The name RedBelly and the Black Snake are also references to the Australian Snake, the Red-bellied black snake.
An ECHO recorder found in the area implies that Red and Belly have been deputized by the Meriff, as they are now on "this side of the law."
Red-bellied Snakes will almost never bite and if they do, it rarely breaks the skin. This should not, however, prompt people to believe that they make good pets. In most cases, individuals removed from the wild refuse to eat.
Of the bunch, corn snakes are considered the most docile and gentle. They are also known for being easy to handle and easy to feed. They are nocturnal and love to burrow.
Danger to humans. Red-bellied Black Snakes are one of the most frequently encountered snakes on the east coast of Australia, and are responsible for a number of bites every year. They are a shy snake and will generally only deliver a serious bite under severe molestation.
Trivia. Ore veins typically respawn every thirty in-game days. A method that can be used to replenish ore veins faster is to enter and exit a nearby location of the source (a nearby cave/house/mine etc.) one week after depleting the ore.
Ebony Ingots can be bought from high-level Smiths throughout Skyrim.Or mined from Ebony Ore Veins. There are a few Ebony Mines, one is in an Orc Stronghold, Narzulbur in Eastmarch. (so you need to be Bloodkin to go in there), the other is full of skeletons (Northwind Mine on the border of the Rift and Eastmarch).
Located directly south-east of Windhelm. This mine is guarded by the Orc stronghold of Narzulbur. You can gain entry to the fortress by completing a fetch-quest given to you by the gatekeeper, or you can just stroll around the walls and enter the mine without going in the fortress at all.
Storeria occipitomaculata, commonly known as the redbelly snake or the red-bellied snake, is a species of harmless snake in the family Colubridae. The species is native to North America (Canada and the United States).
Captivity. One of the snakes commonly kept as pets in Australia, the red-bellied black snake adapts readily to captivity and lives on a supply of mice, though it can also survive on fish fillets, chicken, and dog food.
The red-bellied snake is a very small snake; total body length ranges from 20.3 cm to 40.6 cm (8-16 in) when fully grown. They are usually brown to reddish brown (although sometimes gray and rarely black) with or without 4 faint, dark dorsal stripes.
This species is not aggressive and will usually retreat before attacking, although when it is threatened it will raise its body from the ground flatten its neck, hiss and perform a series of strikes. There have been no recorded human deaths as a result of a Red-bellied Black Snake bite to date in Australia.
